As 13 members are present & 5 members given their leave note, quorum was established & declared by president sir.

In general discussion 
1. president Jc Kiran Borse sir suggested to make t-shirts for identity of our chapter.
2. Jc Ashok Deshpande sir & Jc Kiran Sanap appointed a project manager for *TIGUL VATAP program*on makar sankrant.
3.Voice president management Jc Yogesh Gawande sir inaugurated their  calender by all members of Jci Nashik New godawari & distributed to all member.

As discussed  in meeting  on first sunday of every month will be our general body meeting (GB) by default.
Keep your first sunday of evry month free once in a month
Venue will be inform you 5 days befor of each meeting.
If any chang in meeting we inform u by message.
